“The date was April 10, 2004, while waiting for the semi-truck to make his turn another truck hit our truck in the back end going about 30-40mph.  The pain to my neck, shoulders and head was the worst pain I ever felt in my life.  Little did I know my low back was injured also.  All I could feel was pain.  The hospital took x-rays and a CAT scan and found that I had severe soft tissue damage.  I then went to my family doctor who gave me pain medication.

It was mid-June.  The headaches, my neck, jaw, even my right eye were in severe pain.  I was also getting depressed. Doctor Blueter would talk with me, encourage me which helped a lot.  With his knowledge and treatment I knew I would get better.  Doctor Blueter wanted to try a new treatment.  This involved using a cold laser, which has been shown to heal soft tissue damage.   After eight treatments I noticed the pain was not as severe.  This treatment was not painful so I could tolerate it.  At the end of 12 treatments I noticed the headaches, neck and shoulder pain gone.  I know the cold laser treatment is what made a difference in my recovery.  I credit my recovery to Doctor Blueter with his knowledge of soft tissue damage and the cold laser treatment.”
